Bnax uses robots to advertise itself using private Telegram groups. You can't access to these private groups if you are not invited in. When you are member of these groups Bnax robot bombs you every 5 minutes inviting you to make arbitrage activity on its website.

Why are these groups private and with small quantity of people?

Because Bnax doesn´t want big mass registrations of many customers, it doesn´t need it! Bnax wants to make a fast scam of little groups of customers because it wants to have the time to disappear from the network before to be caught by law enforcement!
